We ship worldwide via trusted international carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and sea freight. Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Estimated transit times: Express: 5-10 business days; Economy: 15-25 business days; Sea freight: 25-40 days.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for applicable rates.

Returns & Refunds

As a manufacturer of customized products, all items are made to order according to your specifications. We do not accept returns on custom-manufactured items unless there is a manufacturing defect or the product does not match the approved sample.

Quality Guarantee

If you receive a defective product or an item that does not match your approved specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photo evidence. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After production has begun, cancellation fees may apply based on the production stage.
